Location: Gateway Health, 45 - 47 Mackay St, Wangaratta

Provides consultancy to: HACC and PSRAC services at  Albury Wodonga Health, Alpine Health,  Beechworth Health Service,  Benalla Health, Gateway Health, Indigo North Health Inc.,  Mansfield District Hospital,  Northeast Health Wangaratta, Tallangatta Health Service, Upper Murray Health & Community Services. 

West Hume Region

Provides consultancy to: HACC and PSRAC services at Alexandra District Hospital, Cobram District Health, Darlingford and Upper Goulburn Nursing Home, Goulburn Valley Health, Kilmore & District Hospital, Nexus Primary Health, Nathalia District Hospital, Numurkah District Health Service, Seymour Health, Yarrawonga Health and Yea & District Memorial Hospital.
