Health services responsible for: HACC and PSRAC services at Avoca, Bendigo, Boort, Castlemaine, Cohuna, Dingee, Dunolly, Echuca, Heathcote, Inglewood, Kerang, Kyabram, Kyneton, Lockington, Maldon, Manangatang, Maryborough, Mildura, Murrayville, Nyah West, Ouyen, Patchewollock, Pyramid Hill, Quambatook, Red Cliffs, Robinvale, Rochester, Rushworth, Sealake, Swan Hill and Underbool. 

Referrals for Consultation Service: Complete referral form (available to download from link below) and fax to the Bendigo Health Referral Centre 54547099.
