Barwon South West Region:

Location: Western District Health Service, Hamilton

Health Services responsible for: HACC and PSRAC services at Hamilton, Coleraine, Penshurst, Casterton, Heywood, Portland,Portfairy, Koroit, Lyndoch, Terang/Mortlake, Timboon, Balmoral Bush Nursing Centre, Dartmoor Bush Nursing Centre

Barwon Region:
